April 11, 1809 Benjamin Fookes deed to Outten Toadvine for sum of $1500.00 current money.Lands being part of Fort Neck and part of tract of Land called Fooks Cost, also part of tract of land called Long Acre and part of tract of land called Peace and Plenty Enlarged .... starting at bounder of Barren Neck .... till it intersects a line between Thomas Fooks and Benjamin Fooks .... on to land of Purnell Toadvine. March 12, 1808, Benjamin Fooks gave deed to Samuel Pollitt - for sum of $500.00-8% acres of land-(bounded by same tracts of land as deed to Outten Toadvine on April 11, 1809." (Seal) Benjamin Fooks

An entry in the Worcester Orphan's Court records mention Outten Toadvine may have died on Jan 1 1812 (record was Apr 11 1815). (WoOCP-MH17:395-396) However, his administrative bond was issued on Dec 11 1811, so he had to have died before that date.

Outten married Rhoda (?) on 11 Mar 1803.¹ (Rhoda (?) was born about 1785 in Worcester Co., MD.)
