bullet  Notes:

Roger patented land in 1664 that Whitelaw (1968) denotes as tract A107, Lee Mont, Accomack Co, VA. It was in this year that Thomas O'Rily received a patent for 600 acres for Whitelaw's tract A107. A few years later O'Riley sold the eastern half to Roger Turnall (as Ternon), who received a patent in his own name for his 300 acres and at the same time O'Rily received a new patent for his remaining 300 acres. The division line between O'Rily and Turnall went through the present village of Lee Mont, which at one time was called Woodstock.
On Apr 25 1683, Roger Turnall witnessed a will in Accomack Co, VA. "Rodger Ternan" & John Wheeler witnessed the will of William Hickman. They were also named to see "my will performed."

Roger made a will on Dec 23 1694 and it was proven on Sep 17 1695 at Accomack Co, VA.
