On Aug 6 1706, he was named in an estate settlement in Accomack Co, VA. Arther Parks, who married the widow of Richard Hickman, was granted administration of the Hickman estate. Charles Ewell was accepted as security. Ordered that Jno. Wise Jr., Jno. Barnes, William Willett and Charles Campleshon inventory and appraise the Hickman estate and report to the next court.

On Aug 21 1718 (150 ac) John Smith (of Sussex, grandson of Henry Smith, dec'd) sold 150a of the tract "Pitchcroft" (as "Smiths Island") in Somerset Co. via his attorney John Caldwell to Arthur Parks and Thomas Summers (SoLR-EF:183)

Arthur Parks wrote his will on Aug 30 1743 and it was proven in Somerset Co., MD on Feb 8 1760 as follows:
- To youngest son Job Parks, 75a, part of land tract "Hog Neck" lying on Smith Island, Somerset County lying on Dogwood Ridge Creek
Witnesses: John Evans, Thomas Tyler, Thomas Evans, John Evans Jr., Solomon Evans (SoW-EB4:75)
