This son of Robert is of unknown name. However, he evidently married and lived with his parents as shown by the large family in the household in the 1830 Fauquier County, Virginia Census. 1840 Census records seem to be incomplete, but, in 1850, we see the family of Rachel Hitch with her sons and daughters without a father. All the members of the family match the required ages as represented in the elder Robert Hitch household in 1830.
