Publication Date: October 25, 1992; The Courier-Journal Louisville, KY; Page: 08B; Obituary: JEFFERSONVILLE -- Ellsworth C. Mitchell, 85, of Eighth St., died Saturday at his home. He was a native of Sandusky, Ohio, a retired interior decorator for the Henderson-Hardy Co. in Louisville and past president of the Breakfast Club of Louisville. Survivors: his wife, the former Naomi Hitch; a daughter, Ida L. Callahan; a son, Eugene M. Mitchell; two grandchildren; and one great- grandchild. Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Park Place United Methodist Church. Burial: Sellersburg Cemetery. Visitation: Scott Funeral Home, 3-9 p.m. Sunday, 9 a.m.- 9 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m.-noon Tuesday. Memorial gifts: to the church.
