On Aug 11 1786, presented a case against Sarah Denston (of Philip) for detaining John Denston from choosing a guardian (WoOCP-JW19:274, 290). On Aug 6 1790, John Denston (with wife Sally acknowledging), son of Philip, sold land Philip had originally purchased of David McClure, 201a of "Riggens Addition," to Thomas Atkinson (WoLR-N:312, 313).
