Executive Vice President Robert D. Hitch, 65, retired in October 1992 as Senior Computer Technician for the TU Electric power generating plant at Lake Ray Hubbard. He had been with TU Electric for more than 30 years. A charter (founding) member of Dallas County REACT in 1967, he held every elected officer position for the Team under the previous organizational setup, and served on the Board of Directors under the revised setup 1987-1993. He became Executive VP on 31 August 1992. He is an amateur radio operator (WB5WUB, Technician Plus), and a member of Dallas and Garland RACES. He is Life Member 181 of REACT International.
