Mary Bouth
(Abt 1639-Abt 1672) |
Mary Bouth
Mary Bouth was born about 1639, possibly in Maryland. Her parents are unknown. Around 1657, she married Mareen Duvall, who had just completed his term of servitude to Colonel William Burgess, who had paid for his passage to Maryland. Mareen had been awarded fifty acres of land as a free planter. By 1664, Mareen had sold that fifty acres and settled near Col. Burgess in Anne Arundel County, on a 600 acre tract he named Middle Plantation. Mary and Mareen had five or six children. Mary died around 1672. Her place of burial is unknown at this time. Mary married Mareen Duvall. (Mareen Duvall was born about 1630 in France and died in 1694.) |
