MARGARET HITCH, 67, of Abilene died Dec. 26. Services were Dec. 30. Mrs. Hitch was born in Denver. She married Edward Hitch, 1953. She worked for Bell Telephone Co., a pharmacy, and a nursery. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. She was a Red Cross volunteer at Dyess Hospital. Survivors include sons Phillip of Illinois and Rodney of Texas; mother Margaret Lattimer of Manzanola; father Leslie Watts of Denver; sisters Phyllus Kaufman and Christine Jesop, both of Denver, Elizabeth Watts of Lubbock; brothers Edward Lattimer of Greeley and Leslie Watts of Colorado Springs; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
