*Uncertain parentage for Mary E. Malone. There may be a relationship with the Robert Malone/Elizabeth Pollitt marriage of 1823 but is it that they are her parents? - some uncertainty but fairly high probability.
Mary E. Malone is listed in the Jonathan Pollitt household in 1850 suggesting a familial relationship - she was age 14 at the time. Pollitt's daughter Elizabeth had married Robert Malone and both had died by 1845, but records seem to indicated they did not have a daughter Mary (only Ellen). We place Mary E. Malone here as d/o William ans Eliza (Dorman) Malone due to circumstantial evidence that has uncertainty. She would therefore have been a cousin to the children in the Pollitt household in 1850.
Mary married Anthony Marion Brown Sr., son of George Tull Brown and Nancy Christopher, on 03 May 1853 in Worcester Co., MD.1 (Anthony Marion Brown Sr. was born on 19 Dec 1823 in Worcester Co., MD 8 9 10 11 and died on 08 Dec 1895 in Worcester Co., MD 10.)
