- To wife Mary, use of my dwelling plantation, 120a of "Long Acre" the remainder of which bwlongs to Isaac Roach, for her widowhood
- To son James, my dwelling plantation of 120a "Long Acre" after widowhood of wife Mary provided he pay his brother Thomas the sum of 20 current money of Maryland when he arrives at the age of 25
- To son Jonathan, negro boy named Simon
- To son Daniel, negro boy Nero
- To daughter Alice Fooks, 10
- To son Thomas, 10 when he comes to age in such things
- To wife Mary, negro girl Tamer and her increase, for her life then to youngest daughter Hickman
- Remainder of estate to be divided among my ten children Comfort, William, Abigail, Alice, Jonathan, Sabrough, Daniel, James, Thomas and Hickman Fooks.
