That after my death the land that I live and the adjoining marsh should be divided by a line beginning at the Broadkill Creek at the mouth of the old ditch and then up the said ditch to the fork of Abraham's Pond and then to the head of the pond and then west until it intersects Parker Robinson's line
To son Thomas Fisher - all land and marsh on the north and west of the above line and if Thomas should die without lawful heir, the land and marsh to his brother James. Also a bond of 76 pounds due me from William Fisher
To son James - the rest of my lands and the use of the land and marsh given to Thomas until Thomas is 21 years of age provided that James pay to Thomas the sum of 3 pounds per year. If James should die without lawful issue, then his part to Thomas
To daughter Sarah (wife of Isaac Wiltbank) - part of a tract bought of Edward Fisher on which Sarah now lives. Beginning at Shankland's land by the county road and running down the road to the house where Thomas Parker lately lived. Also two lots in Lewes Town and 150 pounds in cash
To son Jabez Fisher - the remainder of the land bought of Edward Fisher. This for his lifetime
To grandson Joshua Fisher (son of Jabez) - that land given to Jabez after Jabez's death. If Joshua dies without lawful heir, then to his next eldest brother Thomas Fisher
To daughter Elizabeth (wife of Peter Wright) - 200 pounds
To daughter Hannah Fisher - 200 pounds
To granddaughter Tabitha Brock - bed and furniture, cow and calf
To children James Fisher, Thomas Fisher, Sarah Wiltbank, Elizabeth Wright and Hannah Fisher - rest of estate
Executor: son James and sons-in-law Isaac Wiltbank and Peter Wright and my daughter Hannah Fisher
Witness: Parker Robinson, Thomas Redman, Stephen Woods
