To Mary Cottingham --wife; all lands to have until the year 1801 if she remains unmarried--if she marries then to have no claim to lands or dower claim to lands. If she remains unmarried past the date, then to have one-third of estate both real and personal
Samuel Cottingham --son; plantation where I now live--beginning at a corn hole near the Beaver Dam branch on the side where stands a parcel willows and persimmons thence to the ditch that leads to a tract of land called "Turkey Swamp" thence . . .
