Edwin Powell (Teddy) Carey

Edwin P "Ted" Carey died on Saturday 9/2/2017 at Peninsula Reg Med Center. He was the son of the late Margaret Powell and Wolford M Carey of Fruitland. Ted served 4 yrs in the Air Force during the korean War. Upon leaving the service he joined the Salisbury Post Office. He is survived by his wife, Rose Embry Carey and 4 children David P Carey and his wife Brenda, Jeffrey W Carey and Susan E Carey all of Salisbury. His daughter Margaret C "Peggy"and are her husband Daniel Holder life in Bowie, MD. Full obituary was published in The Daily Times (Salisbury MD) 9/6/2017

Edwin married Rose Olena Embry, daughter of Charles O. Embry and Unknown, on 22 Apr 1958 in Wicomico Co., MD. (Rose Olena Embry was born on 03 Jan 1928 and died after 2017.)
