Bequeaths to: -Sarah Brown -daughter; to have 1 shilling sterling being her part of the estate and no more -Richard Clarkson --grandson (son of William Clarkson); to have 50 acres of land called "Clarkson's Savanna Branch" and also part of a tract of land called "Clarkson's Meadows" and also part of a tract of land called "Addition to Four Tract" lying and being on the west side of the stone line, the division of the Province -Abraham Clarkson -son; to have part of a tract of land called "Clarkson's Meadows" and also a tract of land called "Clarkson's Forrest" and a tract of land called "The Addition to Four Tracts" lying to the east from the line dividing the Province now where the stone stands to the 1st laid line. Named executor of the will -Clarkson Cannon -grandson; to have the remainder of -- being the land adjoining to the testator's dwelling plantation on the provision that he pays his 2 sisters Dianah Cannon and Lucretia Cannon the sum of 15 pounds to each of them -Elizabeth Brown, Lucretia Brown, Priscilla Cannon -daughters; to have a tract of land called "Clarkson's Privilege" cont. 15 acres lying and being on a place Wat's Island on the northwest fork of the Nanticoke River to be divided equally among them. Elizabeth to have Negro woman and child "Bina" and Negro lad "Jacob", Lucretia to have Negro woman and child called "Mirsh" and Negro girl "Grace", Priscilla to have Negro man "Will" and Negro girl "Amia" -James Brown; testator has left the lands in the care of James Brown and White Brown and James Cannon until the possessors are "capable of taking on themselves."
