05/11/1815 06/06/1815 being sick and low in health . . ." Bequeaths to:
1. Phillip Short -son, George Short -son; to have all the land the testator now owns to be divided between them equally as to quantity and quality, named executrix of the will
2. Levina Short -wife; to have the full privilege of all the testator=s lands during her natural life or widowhood.
3. Nancy Short -daughter, Elizabeth Short -daughter, Mary Short -daughter; to have the remainder of the testator's estate to be divided between them each of the testator's children to have 1 bed and furn when they come of age.
4. Henry Short -son; to have his maintenance out of the estate
Witnesses: John Short (mark), Betsey Wingate, William Freeman
