Newton Bayley --wife; all personal estate for her life or widowhood
-should widow be with child "and the child should come to perfection" then child is to have an equal share of the personal estate with the youngest six children, Anna, George, Benjamin, Obed, Littleton and Sarah Newton.
Evais Bayley --son; to have all personal estate after widow's decease or remarriage.
Robins Bayley --son; to have ,15 out of the personal estate to be paid to him by Evais after widow's decease or remarriage. Also to have one pewter dish.
Isais Bayley --son [Isaias may be the same as "Evais"]; one pewter dish
Anna Bayley --daughter; pewter ?
