William Donoho -son, Joshua Donoho, Children of daughter (unnamed); remainder of moveable estate after widow's decease or remarriage. William and Joshua to divide the remainder of lands between them--with William's half to be that adjoining Richardson's land.
Richardson Donoho -son; 15 ac of marsh and no more of the estate.
Rebecca Penuel -daughter; her and James to have privileges in the marsh given to Richardson, tract of land called "Nothing Be it More or Less" on condition that she never sell the tract to anyone other than her three brothers.
