To daughter Mary Hays (wife of Richard Hays Junior) - feather bed and 3 head of cattle I let her have soon after her marriage
To son Joshua Hudson - the plantation where he now dwells with 100 acres of land and a parcel of swamp that I bought of my son Henry and all that I let him have at the time of his going to housekeeping
To daughter Elizabeth Willey - young mare and all the cattle and hogs and household furniture that I let her have at the time of going to housekeeping
To son Major Hudson - 86 acres of land including his dwelling plantation agreeable to the line run by David Hilford. Also all that I let him have at the time of his going to housekeeping
To daughter Rachel Davis (wife of Thomas Davis) - all that I let her have at the time of going to housekeeping
To son Henry Hudson - 116 acres including the dwelling plantation and all that part of land he bought of my son Ananias Hudson
To son Ananias Hudson - all the creatures and household goods that I let him have at his marriage and half of my copper still
