When brother Littleton is 21 he is to be guardian to son. Plantation on the seaside to be sold; interest for use of wife, if wife marries, she will have no claim to estate except for the Negroes that were hers before our marriage. If wife does not remarry, she to receive ,100 a year. All mercantile and other business matters to be settled by selling every matter I have in trade and put in interest until son is 21. As I was concerned in business with Zadekiah Whaley and there never was any settlement between us and as I have no account of any transactions between us and having every reason to suppose that he has left me no accurate accounts, I direct that in case his executors do not present more against me in his favor than ,150, that the ,150 be paid by my executor to his son Thomas Whaley.
