Porter, Hugh, gent.,Somerset Co.,15th Dec., 1731; 22nd Nov., 1732. To wife Mary, extx., dwell. plan. \emdash\emdash during widowhood; and personalty. To son James and hrs., dwell. plan. afsd. at decease or marriage of wife \emdash\emdash , as well as all other lands, on condition that he pay to his bro. Nehemiah, within 3 yrs. after sd. bro. arrives at age of 21 yrs., £30; shd. he fail to do so, afsd. land shall be divided bet. the sd. James and Nehemiah. To bros. Francis, William, Joshua, Jonathan and McKemie, personalty. Residue of estate to be divided into fifths; 1/5 to wife, and residue to 4 child., viz. James, Nehemiah, Leah and Mary.
