MRS LEVIN PENNEWELL FRUITLAND -- Mrs. Lydia M. Pennewell, 78, widow of Levin T. Pennewell, a carpenter here, died today at her home here following a prolonged illness. Born in Worcester County, her late parents were Robert D. and Annie Dryden Long. Surviving are two sons, Ula and Unous Pennewell, both of Fruitland; a daughter, Mrs. Anthony Zeoli of Atlantic City, N.J.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Nellie Hammond of Salisbury; a sister, Mrs. Sadie Adkins of Marion Station; two brothers, Hughie Long and Allie Long, both of near Princess Anne; and three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from Holloway Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert P. Whitlock, pastor of St. John's Methodist Church, Fruitland, will officiate. Interment will be in Wicomico Memorial Park, Salisbury. Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow after 7:30 p.m.
