-To wife Rhoda Townsend Toadvine - half of mill and half of lands for widowhood, Negro wench Pleasant
-To son Isaac Toadvine - half of mill and half of lands during the widowhood of his mother and all after her death or marriage, Negro boy Jesse
-To daughter Eliza Townsend Toadvine - Negro girl Esther
-To daughter Lotty Toadvine - Negro boy Micajah
-To the child "my dear wife" is now pregnant with - 60 pounds
-To children Nancy Roach, Eliza, Isaac, Lotty Toadvine and the unborn child - residue of estate
