Loyd Hitch

In 1807, Nathan Hitch bond Lloyd Hitch out to James Kinvear in Fauquier Co., VA for a term of six years to learn the trade of Tanner and Currier. (Book 16, Page 641). During this term, he is prohibited from marrying. Note, that he married soon after the expiration of this bond in 1813.

10 Nov. 1827 Loid Hitch for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars sells to William Harris a parcel of land containing five acres in the Co. of Blount, being a part of a tract of land granted to Lucus Hood from the State of Tenn, Grant#1384. Signed in presence of: Isaac Tipton. Registered 25 April 1833 Jonathon Tharp Nathaniel Harris.
