Felty Hastings
On Sep 1 1832, Mary Hastings and Felty Hastings with wife Maria, sold land to Jacob Morris. It mentions Martin Hastings had died intestate leaving to survive him a widow and three children to whom said land descended according to law. Mary, widow of Martin, and Felty and Maria his wife came to own part of said land amounting to 22 5/8ths acres, part of a tract called "Virginia.". This, they are selling to Jacob Morris for $55. (SxLR-Reel 37:350) Felty married Mariah Ann Hastings, daughter of Martin Hastings and Mary (?), on 12 Dec 1826 in Sussex Co., DE.
