On Apr 28 1770 Samuel Hearn, planter, sold land in "Watermelon" to John Freeney, planter of Worcester, for £37.10 (SoLR-E:89). John Freeny had the 99a tract "Flat Ridge" surveyed for him in Sussex Co. on May 5 1794 and received patent for it on Jul 10 1794. |
