Joshua Freeny had the 30a tract "Freeneys Hard Fate" surveyed for him in Somerset Co. on May 22 1797 and received patent on Jul 24 1799. This land borders the MD/DE line to its south in the heart of the town of Delmar, MD in modern day (2018).
