William Hearn -son, Thomas Hearn -son, to have all the testator's lands, tenements and messuages to be divided equally between them, William to have Negro girl "Denny" and Negro boy "Peter", Thomas to have Negro girl "Dinah" and Negro boy "George", Thomas to have 1 horse, bridle and saddle and 1 bed and furn, named executors of the will 2. Benjamin Hearn -son, to have Negro boy "Stephen" and Negro girl "Esther" 3. Nancy Ellis -daughter, to have Negro girl "Rose" 4. Hannah Hasty -daughter, to have Negro girl "Phillis" 5. Polley Melson -daughter, Betsey Parsons -daughter, remainder of the estate to be divided among all of testator's above named children, 6. Elizabeth Hearn -wife, to have all the testator's estate both real and personal for her natural life and widowhood she making no waste or destruction and at her death or remarriage to be divided as above.
