Thomas Bell

 Notes:
In 1669, a Thomas Bell (which is probably the son of Thomas Bell Sr.) purchased 400a of Whitelaw tract N96 from Henry White, part of a large 1800a tract White had patented in 1666. The entire 1800a is land in the modern day that is just SW of Exmore, VA and bounded by TB Road to the north, Wardtown Road to the west, Milton Ames Road to the south and Bayside Road to the east. Thomas Bell purchased the 1/4 portion on the western side of this whole. (Whitelaw, Vol. I, pages 489, 494)
