Owen McGraw (also McGraugh, Mauchraw, McGrath) had surveyed for him the following land tracts: "Owens Improvement" on Apr 24 1667 for 150a "Middle" on May 16 1683 for 100a "Owens Delight" on Sep 8 1675 for 100a "Addition" on May 6 1683 for 100a All are slightly northwest of the town of Princess Anne, MD in the modern day (2017).
Owen McGragh wrote his will on Mar 18 1691/2 and it was proven in Somerset Co., MD on Mar 15 1692/3: - To son Owen, all that tract of land that my plantation lies whereon I now live known as "Owens Choice" 300a. Should he die w/o issue, this to go to his next oldest living brother and he not to sell the land w/o the consent of his brothers - To son William, land "Owens Improvement" 150a same provisions and conditions as his brother - To son John, land "Owens Delight" and "Middle" each 100a - To sons Richard and David, land "Wolfs Den" 120a - all my above sons shall be free and at liberty upon reaching age 18 but not possess their said tracts until age 20 - To daughter, Mary McGragh, feather bed/furniture, four pewter dishes and one great iron kettle containing between seven and eight gallons - To son Owen, one gun called Buckanneer gunn - To sons William and John each a gun - To wife Mary everything else divided between her and her children and she to be sole Executor - Col David Browne and Mr. Roger Woolford to be overseers of my LWT Witnesses: John Browne, Richard Carey (as Care) (SoW-EB5:108)
