1. Ann Mary Melson -wife; to have the third part of the personal estate and also to have the use of all the houses and lands during her natural life
2. Isaac Aydelott -grandson; to have all the testator's right and title to the lands the testator is now possessed of
3. Bette Aydelott, Ann Mary Johnson, Sarah Derickson, Susannah Hopkins -daughters; to have all the remainder of the testator's personal estate to be divided equally among them.
4. Samuel Aydelott --son-in-law; named executor of the will
