William Hastings, son of John, is listed in John Nelms store ledgers from Salisbury, MD from Dec 10 1785 to Mar 7 1786 where he delivered rum, brandy and molasses to his father, John Hastings. However, William Hastings is not named is John Hastings will in 1791. It could be that he died or moved away before 1791 or he is equal to the Henry Hastings of the will.
