Oh Jul 2 1836, George and Zipporah Price sold 11a of land to James Horsey for $40, land in "White Oak Swamp" located on the county road from Forktown to Princess Anne and borders the land of the heirs of Stephen Ward (SoLR-GH8:372) On Dec 24 1836, George Price purchased land for $125 in the tract "Monsham" from Sarah Fletcher, land that she had purchased from Andrew W. Anderson in exchange for her right of dower in the lands of Samuel Fletcher (SoLR-GH9:137)

On Mar 9, 1839, George Price and Zipporah his wife sold 20a of land to William Morris for $60 in tract "Wolf Pit Ridge" (SoLR-LH:23) (Compiler's note: This land is located very close to the "Mount Pleasant" tract owned by Thomas Price at his death c1801.)

On May 5 1841, Benjamin P. and William Hitch, James Anderson, and George Price paid $875 to Benjamin and Ann E. Gordy of Somerset Co. for 200a of land called "Dormans Conclusion" and "Chance" that Ann E. Gordy had inherited from her father Levin Dorman Jr. who got it from his father Levin Doorman Sr. as a Deed of Gift. (SoLR-LH:699)

On Jun 6 1842, George/Zipporah Price sold to Philip H. Mullen of Baltimore City, for $1800, land in tracts "Addition To Hog Quarter" and "Dentry" except that part Anthony B. Bennett sold to Robert Pollitt which were conveyed by deed from Anthony B. Bennett to George Price on Jun 4 1842, same land that Marcellus Jones purchased from William Browell on Jun 5 1833. On Apr 7 1848, George/Zipporah Price and Joseph S. sold 20a of land to Thomas Newman for $225, part of tract "Second Addition to Hog Quarter" which is on the county road leading from head of Wicomico Creek to Princess Anne and borders John K. Hayman land and land "Johns Hill". (SoLR-WP3:11)
