Isaac H. Price

On Apr 21 1827, Isaac H. Price sold 2a of land to Philip Messick for $350 in "Moresham" (sic, "Monsham") that borders William Allen and Betsy Jones, the widow of John Jones, and the public road from Princess Anne to Salisbury. (SoLR-GH3:519) On Mar 22 1827, Isaac H. Price paid $350 to Elizabeth Jones for land she had purchased of Phillip Messick (no further description noted) (SoLR-GH3:468).
On Oct 8 1829, Isaac H. Price purchased land from Benjamin Davis and his wife Margaret R Davis for $120, land which George Price owned, father of said Margaret R. Davis and Isaac H. Price. It joins lands of Levin Morris, John Dorman, Joseph Morris, Samuel T. Bounds and Thomas Goslee and known by the name of "Locay & Lord" and "Phillips Addition" (SoLR-GH5:78). On the same day he sold this same land to Thomas Morris for $360 described as land seized when his father George Price died (Ibid:201). On the day before, John Price sold Isaac H. Price, both sons of George Price, land that he had owned, for $100 (no other description given) (SoLR-GH5:80).
On Sep 26 1829, Isaac H. Price bought of Marcellus Jones for $601.25, real estate that was to be sold by order of Chancery dated Feb 1 1828, land of William W. Waters, deceased. It is a "house and lot of ground" in the village of Whitehaven, Somerset Co., MD (SoLR-GH5:140). On Oct 24 1829, Isaac H. Price sold this same land to William Street of the City of Baltimore for $700 (Ibid:141).
