In the 1820 Census, Benjamin Driskill is listed as head of household as 100010-00010 in ED2 Worcester Co., MD
On Nov 8 1823, Benjamin Driskill and Rhodah his wife sold land to Littleton D. Tubbs for $29, 2 acres adjoining Elizabeth Massey's lot and heirs of James Massey. It is part of "Mount Ehpraim" that James Massey owned. (WoLR-AP:292).
In the 1830 census, Benjamin Driskill is head of household in District 6, Worcester Co., MD with one male age 30-40, 1 female age 10-15, 1 female age 40-50.
On Apr 28 1856, Benjamin Driskill sold land to Joshua E. Driskill for $5, land 5 miles from Salisbury adjoining lands of Josiah Causey, Purnell Johnson, the same land of which Lovey Driskell seized 50 acres of tract "Jones Delight". On Apr 30 1856, Benjamin sells 8 3/4a of land in "Jones Delight" to Eliza Driskill, wife of Joshua, (WoLR-EDM7:289-293)
On May 23 1857, Elizah Driskill sells land "Jones Delight" to Purnell Johnson in two tracts, the first is 50a of land willed to her by her husband Joshua Driskill (will Mar 27 1857) which was deed to him by his father Benjamin Driskell on Apr 28 1856. The second tract is 8 3/4a deeded to her by Benjamin Driskill on Apr 30 1856. (WoLR-JAP1:320)
