George Maddux and William Mezick to view Thomas Driskill's estate in the care of David S. Driskill. This record mentions widows dower, land "Kingsale" and "Safeguard". (WoOCP-LPS5:321, 340, 349)

On Oct 25 1829, it is confirmed in court that David S. Driskill, adm of Aaron Driskill, delivered the following:
- Oct 25 1829: my wife's part of deceased estate, signed Thomas Pollitt
- Jul 11 1829: my 1/3rds of estate of my deceased husband's estate, signed Leah H. Driskill

David married Eliza Cathell on 17 Dec 1824 in Worcester Co., MD. (Eliza Cathell was born in 1811 in Worcester Co., MD and died before 1870 in Ripley Co., IN.)
