On Dec 6 1755, James Driskill of Worcester Co. sold land for 30 pounds to William Fooks, 100a of land surveyed for John Jenner on Oct 20 1694 (compiler's note: "Fork Neck"), land that Dennis Driskill bought from Jenner's daughter Deborah Mahoone and which past by heir to James Driskill. Beginning at a marked red oak on the path that goes from Tondetonk to Quapango Indian Town, NE 124 poles to a marked pine, then with the branch along the patent lines and across the neck to contain 100a (WoLR-D:121). On the same day, for the same price, James sells another part of the same tract to John Talbert. (WoLR-D:123) In modern day, this land is on Coulbourne Mill Road just as it crosses outside the Salisbury US 13 bypass.

On Apr 2 1761, James Driskell sells land for 40 pounds to Mathias Christopher, land patented by his father Dennis Driskell called "Dennises Addition" (Note: survey was Jan 26 1722), a 100a tract that Dennis Driskell had sold half of it to Moses Gordy (note: see SoLR-MF:207, Mar 17 1741) and James Driskell is selling the other half herein (WoLR-E:125). On the same day, for 20 pounds, he sells the remaining portion of "Fork Neck" - its western most end containing about 200a - that he owns to Mary Fooks (WoLR-E:127).
