Listed as a warden for the MD Penitentary in 1850. On Apr 24 1855, Isaac M. Denson of Baltimore County paid $600 for 111a of land to John S./Maria H. Richards for parts of "Heaths Experiment" and "Harmsworth", the same land that was going to be sold by Richards to Jacob W. Bailey but now sold to Isaac M. Denson (SoLR-LW3:481).
