On Jun 12 1821, James H. Denson was apprenticed with consent of his parents to Edward Dymock for a term of 6 years, 2 months and 25 days, signed by Isaac Denson (WoOCP-MH23:200) (Compiler's notes, this might be when he turned age 21

On May 30 1843, James H. Denson bought the "one-seventh undivided part" of "Bounds Chance" on the Wicomico River in Somerset Co. from Manean B. Denson (both of Baltimore Co.) for $200 which was left to him by Isaac Denson, deceased. (SoLR-AH:605, 606)
