This Benjamin Driskill is presumed to be son of Aaron. Benjamin dies sometime near 1820 as his orphans are being accounted for in the Worcester courts in 1821/22. It is very easy to mix him up with the Benjamin Driskill who married Sarah Ennis and then Rhoda Massey but the records seem to indicate that this Benjamin was different.
