Rodney L. Hitch, 65, of Shirley died at 10:44 a.m. Saturday (Nov. 19, 2011) at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington. He was born Sept. 6, 1946 in Bloomington to Roy F. and Betty F. Kwascigroh Hitch. He was preceeded in death by his father. He married Marlene Waller on Oct. 15, 1966 in Bloomington. Marlene survives. He is also survived by his mother, Betty F. Hitch of Shirley; two sons, Brian L. Hitch of McLean and Nicholas L. (Kathy) Hitch of Stanford and four grandchildren, Ryan C. Hitch, Mollie E. Hitch, Chloe N. Hitch and Tanner L. Hitch.
