Shadrach Elliott --son to have all the testator's right and title to a conveyance bond the testator has against Rhoads and William Shankland by his paying the testator's estate the sum of $1100.00 3. Mary Insley --daughter to have the sum of 1 shilling but should she become a widow then to have two thirds of a child's portion of the estate but should she not become a widow then her 2 daughters Ketty and Retty Insley should have the sum of $100.00 to each when they arrive at the age of 21. 4. John Elliott Stanton --grandson, Polly Stanton --granddaughter, Charles Stanton --grandson, to have the sum of $100.00 when they arrive at the age of 21 5. Meshack Elliott --son, Abednigo Elliott --son, John Elliott --son, remainder of the estate to be divided between them and testator's son Shadrach - Meshack and Abednigo named executors of the will Witnesses: Joseph Dirickson, Elizabeth Cannon (mark), Windsor Rawlins Then came: Elizabeth Cannon and Windsor Rawlins, the testator signed the will in his own hand.
