Tobias BULL III

Tobias Bull's will was written on Jan 7 1760 and it was proven on Feb 24 1761 in Accomack County, VA
In his will Tobias Bull gave to wife to have use of whole estate during her widow & then personal estate to be divided between all my children. To son John Bull 100 acres on that part of my land adjcent Daniel Bull. To son Daniel all the remainder of my land. Wife Arcadia Exr. Witt: Thomas Ryley, Daniel Bull, Catherine Bull. In order of Probate John Bull is named heir at law to the testator. (NOTE: The fact that the 100 acres left to son John Bull was part of my land adjcent to son Daniel Bull, implies that son Daniel Bull was old enough to be living on that land. Also the fact that he left his personal estate to his wife during her widowood and then to be divided between "all my children," implies there were other children besides John & Daniel.)
