He wrote his will Jan 6 1769:
To wife Elizabeth whole estate during her widow To son Isaiah 100 acres of land adjacent Joshua Bell on Wallops Road, the remainder of my land to be divided between my sons Salathiel & Hezekiah Baker. 4 sons William, Solomon, George & Leven Baker residual legatees. Wife & son Hezekiah Exrs. Witt: Charles Bagwell, John Kitson, William Fitchet.
It was proven May 26 1772 in Accomack County, Virginia.
