To son John Kellam: 50 ac of land called CHANCE. Hand mill, cider cask, old gun, cow and calf, and 5-6 gallon pot being in his possession.
To daughter Sarah Kellam: bed and furniture, and big pot that was my father's, a skillet, three pewter dishes, six plates, two cows and calves, and 2 chests B after widow's decease.
To wife Sarah Kellam: all things belonging to testator that are now in her possession.
