Former Sheriff Benjamin F Walton was buried this afternoon from his late home, 107 South Warren Street. Services were conducted at the house by the Rev Charles H Elder, pastor of Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church. ... Mr Walton died Wednesday from the effects of a carbuncle. He was 65 years of age. Interment was made at Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Edward A Curran.
