Eva Maxine (Miller) Hitch, 84, born in Athol, Kentucky.

Died peacefully at home on February 8, 2015. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Jane( Strong) Miller and Arco Benjamin Miller, her husband John (Jack) Frank Hitch II, her sons, John F. (Jack) Hitch III, Thomas M. Hitch, David M. Hitch, two grandchildren, Jessie and John Hitch, two sisters Joyce Williams and Carolyn Hayden. Survived by her beloved sister, Marilyn Lemon, and brother, John Miller; her children, Linda A. Bock (James), Daniel L. Hitch, Mary Kay Hansen (Gregory); Daughters-in-law: Vickie Hitch and Melinda Hitch; Grandchildren, Kevin, Kelly (Todd), Christina (Dustin), Jeremy, Jacqueline, Rebecca, Jillian, David, Mark, JJ, Alyssa, Emily (Kevin); Step Grandchildren, Jeffery, Gregory, Rachel, Ginger, Robyn; Great grandchildren, Austin,William, Matthew, Jimmy, Chase, Sofia, Kash, Finn, Miles; Step Great Grandchildren, Taylor, Haley, Noah, Ivory, Madison, Ahmad, Noah, Gabe, Joey, Finlay, Annie and Cole.

Graduated from Owensville High School in 1949 and from the University of Cincinnati in 1971. Retired from Goshen Schools, where she taught sixth grade for many years and made many life time friends.

Visitation Wednesday February 11th 6-8 PM. Funeral Thursday the 12th 10 AM. All at Evans Funeral Home Milford. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or to the City Gospel Mission in Cincinnati.

Eva married John Frank (Jack) Hitch II, son of John Frank Hitch I and Christine Schill. (John Frank (Jack) Hitch II was born on 08 Aug 1930, died in 1983 in OH and was buried in 1983 in Saint Louis Cemetery, Owensville, Clermont Co., OH.)
