George Handy --son -,50 of circulating money, one mare called "Pink" and no more of the estate. -George to be guardian to Isaac and James (the two youngest) and to bind them out as he sees fit. Joseph Handy --son -,60 of circulating money and wearing apparel and no more of the estate. Samuel Handy --son -,80 of circulating money and no more of the estate. Ann Handy --daughter Thomas Handy --son Isaac Handy --son -Negro girl "Tammer" until she comes of the age 35 and then her increase to be divided with "Tammer" belonging to Ann -Thomas to have Negro boy "Adam" -Isaac and James to have all lands and marshes and to be divided equally between them should either Isaac or James die then one portion goes to Thomas, and should Thomas then die, a portion goes to Samuel, and should Samuel die without issue then to Joseph and George.
