To sons Cannon Smith, Thomas Smith, Henry Smith, Langrell Smith - movable estate and that my brother Henry Smith may bind out my mentioned sons to such trades as he may think best. Also wife's part of personal estate after wife's widowhood
To wife Sophiar Smith - bed and furniture, desk, one creature and saddle, cow and calf, arm chair and pewter plates for her own use. Also a fifth part of personal estate and third of lands for her widowhood
That my Negro man Bob serve for 4 and 1/2 years from this date and then be free
