G:087 JACOB WRIGHT, of Dorchester County 04/17/1818 05/18/1818 "being in perfect health of Body . . ." Bequeaths to: 1. Nathan Wright -son; to have $1.00 and no more of the estate but in the case that he shall pay up a sum of money for which the testator is security for to the testator's brother Isaac Wright without injuring the testator=s estate then he shall come in and share the estate. 2. Levin Wright -son; to have the sum of $1.00 and no more of the estate. 3. Sinah Handy --daughter (wife of Trustin Handy); to have the sum of $1.00 over and above the articles already given her on the 28th of November 1816 and no more of the estate. 4. Elizabeth Wright -wife; to have Negro woman "Leah" now living in Seaford, Delaware to have for her natural life and at her death the woman to be free and at her liberty 5. Jeremiah Wright -son, Mary H. Wright --daughter 2 youngest children); there is to be raised out of the estate enough to pay the board and schooling of them for the term of 1 year 6. Susanna Fountain --step-daughter (daughter of present wife) to have Negro girl "Castila" during her natural life 7. Zabdiel Fountain --son of Susanna; at the death of his mother to have Negro girl left her. 8. Peggy Wallace --daughter (wife of Henry Wallace); should Zabdiel Fountain be dead at the death of his mother, then she is to have Negro girl left Susannah 9. Edward Wright -son, Elizabeth Vickers -daughter, Nancy Willis -daughter, Henry Wright -son, Constant C. Wright -daughter, Lewes N. Wright -son; remainder of the estate to be divided among all the above including Mary and Jeremiah and also Peggy and should Nathan pay the sum above specified then he is to have a share of the residue of the estate and provided that the book accounts the testator has against Edward, Elizabet, Nathan, Nancy and Peggy shall go in as part payment of their proportionate share of the estate. 10. Arthur Willis --son-in-law; named executor of the will with testator's widow
